These Terms of Service (”Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Galaxeos Co., Limited (”Galaxeos”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (”you”, “your”, or “User”) governing your access to and use of the Salon AI mobile application and its related features and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Galaxeos grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use Salon AI for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Services except as permitted by applicable law;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services;
Sell, lease, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit the Services;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
Use the Services in a manner that interferes with their normal operation or security.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain reserved by Galaxeos.
Certain features of Salon AI allow you to upload photos, images, text, or other materials (”User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Galaxeos a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, and temporary license to access, reproduce, transmit, process, reformat, and store your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services requested by you.
We do not use your uploaded photos, generated images, or other User Content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We do not use your User Content for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes without your explicit permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
You own the User Content or have permission to use it;
Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Salon AI may use artificial intelligence to edit, transform, or generate images based on the photos, selections, instructions, or other content you provide.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, errors, distortions, or unexpected elements;
Generated content may not always meet your expectations;
Similar or identical content may be generated for other users;
We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique;
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it;
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Generated content is provided for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes. You should not rely on it for identity verification, legal, medical, financial, or other professional purposes.
You agree not to use Salon AI or the Services:
For any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
To violate applicable laws, regulations, or legal rights;
To infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
To upload or generate content involving a person without having the necessary rights or permission;
To impersonate another person or misrepresent the identity of any person;
To create misleading content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm others;
To upload or distribute defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal content;
To exploit or endanger children;
To upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful files;
To interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security or operation of the Services;
To scrape, crawl, extract, or collect data from the Services through unauthorized automated means;
To access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or information without authorization;
To resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Services without our written permission.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.
Salon AI and the Services, including their software, interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, features, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Galaxeos Co., Limited.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Galaxeos intellectual property to you.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable law, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services;
Create derivative works based on the Services;
Publicly display or commercially use Galaxeos materials;
Use Galaxeos trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Salon AI may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, infrastructure providers, or other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Galaxeos does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, practices, or security of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms established by the applicable third party.
Your use of Salon AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, retained, disclosed, and protected in connection with the Services.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Salon AI at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
The Services will always be available;
The Services will operate without interruption or error;
Every feature will remain available;
Generated content will always be successfully created;
The Services will be compatible with every device, operating system, or network.
We may perform maintenance or make changes to improve security, performance, features, or compliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salon AI and the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Galaxeos disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of:
Merchantability;
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Accuracy;
Availability;
Non-infringement;
Security;
Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, reliability, uniqueness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galaxeos Co., Limited and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Salon AI.
This includes loss of data, content, revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or device functionality.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Salon AI when:
You violate these Terms;
Your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
Your use may harm Galaxeos, another user, or a third party;
We are required to do so by law or a platform provider;
The Services or a particular feature are discontinued.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.
Sections that are intended by their nature to remain effective after termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, applicable laws, platform requirements, or our business practices.
When changes are made, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of these Terms.
Material changes may also be communicated through Salon AI or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within Salon AI, constitute the entire agreement between you and Galaxeos regarding the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Galaxeos Co., Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your place of residence are not affected by these Terms.
