These providers process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide the requested Services.
Submitted information is used solely to:
Process the AI-powered feature you request
Analyze submitted images as necessary for the requested feature
Generate and deliver the requested hairstyle, hair color, or other image result
Maintain the security and technical operation of the Services
Submitted information is not sold or used for advertising, user profiling, or biometric identification.
Submitted photos and related temporary processing data are deleted after processing is completed.
We require service providers that process information on our behalf to maintain appropriate safeguards and protect information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Some Salon AI features may temporarily process facial characteristics contained in photos that you voluntarily submit when necessary to perform the image transformation you request.
Salon AI may process facial regions and visual characteristics necessary to perform hairstyle, hair color, beauty, or other requested image transformations.
We do not create biometric identifiers, facial templates, or facial recognition profiles.
Face-related information is processed solely to:
Detect facial regions necessary for image processing
Apply the image transformation you request
Generate the requested result
Face-related information is not used to identify or authenticate you.
Where necessary to provide an AI-powered feature, face-related information contained within a photo you explicitly submit may be processed by the service providers identified in Section 2.
Face-related information is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
